  I tried to order a sandwich here that I've ordered at countless other Panera's and they said they did not have it. I asked if they had anything similar and the girl told me I can get a deli sandwich and when she described what was on it it was all the same things that I normally get on the sandwich I was originally looking for but she told me I couldn't get it on the bread that the other sandwich came on usually so I said fine and I picked a different bread. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and two French baguettes. When I went to go pick up my order I was handed a big bag and good thing I checked it before I walked out because the only thing in there was the sandwich and one baguette. I told them I had a bagel as well and they apologized and told me to hang on. Finally I got the rest of my food and went back in the car. When I got back to the car I opened up the sandwich and good thing I did since I was on a road trip I would not have been able to go back... I realized they had given me a tuna hoagie not a turkey sandwich. So I went back inside and complained and they gave me the correct sandwich. When I got back to the car I realized they had given me a whole new bag... With the correct sandwich and no baguettes. So the third time running back inside I finally left with everything I had came for... At least the worker offered me my money back.
