  My experience with tsuru was awful. We ordered take out food and when we got home I tasted that they gave me spoiled fish in one of the rolls so I just calmly called and said I wanted money back for just that roll-$5 or so. The woman refused and started yelling at me that all their rolls are good and I should not order this roll anymore. Really!??? Customer service non existent . So I said look it's no big deal just give me full credit for one roll keep in mind my order was over $100 . They refused I hung up and will never come there again.

  Visiting town for business. Used their app to order pickup and paid with my credit card when I arrived. Friendly staff, really liked my rolls. Going to try to catch them tomorrow for lunch. I love that I could use their app to order.
